Building a business while broke and ambitious.
A great strategy to building a business while broke is building your business one number or one client at a time. Its like when you’re poor or low income and the food budget is scarce and you make a bit too much for help, so you build your food pantry one food item at a time, you buy extra box meals to stretch during the hard times or at least stretch until the next payday or end of the month.
You learn to make things work if you only get paid once a month and you learn to budget one check at a time because you have no choice.
The fundamentals of building a business while broke.
Those same fundamentals can be applied to business, building clients one at a time, building traffic to your website one keyword at a time, and so on.
And soon, the same feeling you get when you realise you are doing alright and you have food to last until the end of the month or until your next paycheck because you accumulated it, will be the same feeling you will have when you take a step back to reflect and see that you now have 15 clients or 20 people visiting your website.
Building a business while broke means the grind does not stop.
And of course, as we all know it, the grind does not stop, we continue to grow and we push ourselves for the better so we can end the struggle and finally live the life we have been grinding for and when the process gets tough and current situations add pressure, the key is to remember the reason you started building and creating in the first place.
We cannot allow our current situation overtake the future we are trying to build.
